Delivery
Packages are usually shipped within 3-7 days of receipt of payment. They are sent by colissimo via La Poste with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS or DHL and delivered against signature. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
RETURN
The return of your order is accepted, provided that your request for withdrawal is made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return costs are your responsibility. For the return and refund to take place in the best conditions, please strictly respect the procedure to follow (failing this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund): - Write to us at contact@parpeurs-du-monde.com with your order number, to inform us of your request for withdrawal. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (date of shipment).
- Check that any product is in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.

- Choose a transport mode with a tracking number. Without a tracking number we will not accept any claim concerning a loss of parcel. The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.
